4-5 Years ago it was First Bank which bought US Bank and took their name, about a decade ago it was Bank One of Columbus, OH (this was before they bought First Chicago/NBD)
PS US Bank was bought in the past 1-2 years by Firstar in Milwaukee which also took the US Bank name and moved to Minneapolis
