You should keep a paper copy of any offers they send you, especially if it has a tracking number of any sort on it, because you will need it later when you run the gauntlet of snotty phone reps on your way to a supervisor who will want to know the tracking number of your offer, along with a fax of a copy of it, as proof that you should get what they promised you.
