I had the Chase Continental Platinum Card for a year, and I had to called them three times and emailed them twice to get the 10K promotional sign-up bonus posted instead of usual 6K.
Gotta watch out when you deal with them. I know the customer service reps. in general get paid low wages, but they don't seems to be courteous or proactive when you call them.
