International Terminal and Domestic Terminal are not very well connected, the only way to transfer from one terminal to the other is outside of the terminals by a trolley cart (might not be running that late) or on foot.
Secondly they may only let you enter the terminal when the CheckIn of your respective flights opens (Foreigners sometimes have an advantage). There is no decent place in the check-in hall to wait a few hours.
unfortunately this is correct....i don't think there is a lounge in the domestic terminal that will even be open at that hour....
