Yes, but it seems to take a few weeks (2? 3?).
As opposed to
the Michigan promo points which posted really quickly (so quickly, that I wondered for weeks whether they had pre-empted the bonus points from this promo, but in the end it turned out they hadn't, it's just that this promo posts quite slowly).
