Note that the CC waiver up to PP does appear to stay for 2015, at $25K spend, as indicated in the "waivers and exemptions" at the bottom of the page.
Also APO/FPO/DPO (all levels) and Presidential Plus (up to PP) waivers still apply.
Foreign residents still exempt according to the parentheses in the chart headers.
Funny thing is I navigated to the page from the 2015 RDM changes site, using the link "Please note that this
won't change how you qualify for Mileage Plus Premier status". But they changed it another way.
