unfortunately...so a month has passed and despite my call... i still have not met the 25k spend according to United website.. thus no PQD waiver. This is despite Chase verifying that Ive hit the appropriate 25k spend back in Sept and awarded me my 10k bonus


So according to the advice here, instead of painful phone calls, I should send a secure message.. which I did...

heres the frustrating reply:
Thank you for contacting Chase regarding your United
MileagePlus® credit card account ending in XXXX

We understand you are inquiring about the 10,000 miles
one-time annual bonus when the account reaches $25,000 or
more in eligible net purchases each calendar year (January
through December.) The bonus miles will automatically post
to your account four to six weeks after the billing cycle
when you qualify for the bonus.

In reviewing the account above we found the 25,000 spend
was met on the September 2014 billing statement and the
10,000 bonus miles were given for that month.


*FACE PALM* NOOOOOOO

so I called Chase again and once more the customer svc person had no idea what i was talking about.. she set me up with United Svc rep (3 way call).. and she finally got it... United then said they cant do anything since Chase has been updating them wrongly.... The person on the phone then said she's passed this on to her supervisor who will do his best to fix this.. Ive heard that BS line so many times...

can anyone advise what steps I can take to get them to fix this?? i didnt even a sorry or compensation this time...
