ETA: Just called Aegean and actually got someone on the line. Seems the Silver card had been in the mail since July when I hit Silver, and looking at the envelope now that appears to be true! I love the Greek & US postal systems.
Having lived in the US at the pre-email times, I fully agree that the US Mail-Hellenic Post combination can be... lethal. But since you talked to them, what did they say about the lack of status on your account page?
