Hmmm, that's a good question. In all honesty, I'm not sure. I have had someone move from E to E+ but I was sitting at the window seat and she moved to the aisle seat (and she was 70+). So I'll go by that example, if she moved next to me instead of the aisle, then no I wouldn't have a problem with it.
