I'd gone through all the steps ahead of time and the app said it had everything it needed and would send me alert on my checkin day when things were ready - but I never got that alert. Took the nice people at the front desk a few extra minutes to figure out how to get me a key since their system was showing me as having checked in already.

Not a huge inconvenience by any means, but I was excited to get to try it out so that's a bit of a bummer.
