The local train ("cityline") runs every 12-15 minutes. The BTS runs every 3-4 minutes most of the day. Shouldn't take 10 minutes from station to Hyatt. About an hour is reasonable. Taxi can be as fast as 35 minutes if little traffic or 2-3 hours if you are unlucky.
