Actually, looks like either the landing gear on side did not deploy, or broke off upon landing.

Dash 8 400. SK had similar incidents and eventually moved to an all CRJ/CRA fleet at the small end.
The SAS incidents were due to maintenance deficiencies on the part of SAS.
