Use UA FlightStatus and look on the upgrade tab (only works for premium cabins, not economy).
FlightStatus is what others are using. Counting seats will at times be very wrong.
Use http://nilshomer.com/flighttools/uni...ight_link.html to access FlightStatus if more the 3 days to travel.
