I doubt you will make the 6 PM Flyaway (they run every 30 minutes) so you are looking at 6:30 PM departure from T1... or roughly 7 PM departure from T7. It will take about 45 minutes to reach Union Station depending on traffic. The ride from LAX to Downtown is pretty fast because it uses the toll lane on the freeway but once the bus reach Downtown, it goes in mixed traffic and if there are events in Downtown, it could take 20 minutes just to go the last 3 or 4 miles to Union Station.
