Why are you entering your trip data manually? You can forward your emailed reservations to
[email protected] and tripit will create itineraries for you automatically. It's not always 100% accurate, but pretty darn close.

I have a really elborate itinerary and I like to enter specific details manually that TripIt would not be able to do through the automated system. I had added dozens of local contact numbers, notes re. optional times for different scheduled activities, etc. All of this info was culled from emails as I received it, so I would slowly add details to each entry in my trip. I seem to have lost about 2 hours worth of this work now.
