I'm afraid you got that wrong.
EK calculates miles based on regions, not actual mileage legs flown even if that includes stopovers along the way. In your case it's N. America to Asia in saver which translates to the mileage you see on MMB, that is a portion of the flex miles NOT the leg length (you'll need to refer to the calculator to get an accurate figure).

Even if you had stopovers in Milan and Dubai, that wouldn't change a thing. Miles are credited once the outbound/inbound is flown, not at the stopover point.
