Fermented rice-flour pancake, spread with a chilli and garlic chutney, filled with a mustard-seed, chilli, ginger and turmeric-spiced potato and onion masala, served with a fiery and tamarindy sambar and some coconut chutney.
Breakfast doesn't get better than that.
