This seems like a pretty obvious legal violation to me--but I'm no expert either. Feel free to include me in your sneers.
Right, the laws make sense to the extent they are enforced! The current justices do not have the 'u know what' to rule against corporations particularly against the banks. They would pay off the justice dept billions in fines without admitting any wrong doing so turn around and do over again.
