Just recently, WiFi was changed to 100% free access; with no time limit, there is also a premium option (for a fee).

Free and Premium WiFi at Schiphol
Accessing wireless Internet is easy: switch on your laptop, PDA or tablet, select 'Schiphol_Airport_Wifi' as your network, open your Internet browser and follow the instructions on the login page. You will be presented with two options: the no-cost 'Free WiFi' service and the paid 'Premium WiFi' service.

Free WiFi allows you to connect to wireless Internet from any device with login access 24 hours a day throughout the year, free of charge.

By the rules, Delta SkyClub (Elite+) members DO NOT have access if their final destination (arrival) is in Amsterdam, flyerCO is 100% correct.

This is clearly noted at delta.com when you search on lounges (pasted below).

There have been people who have been lucky, and I wouldn't necessarily say NOT to give it a try... but, "by the rules," you do not have access unless you are departing (or connecting). This is being enforced now, but as always, YMMV.
