Flew last week dfw to ogg. Was in 13h/j. If you're ok with putting all your bags in the overhead, row 11 has the most legroom. We avoid bulkhead seats because we like to get at our bags often.
I would take row 13 over 12. No worries about reclining into someone, there is room to stand behind the seats. If you sit in the aisle, you can actually reach around the back of the seat and put your small bag under your seat freeing up legroom.
