To answer your question, I don't know. I wrote to the TSA myself and got the same boiler sheet reply that everyone else gets.
I seriously doubt that my call, your call or anything else will help other than managers listening to the rank and file (& passengers).
As far as the Admiral, he's just a figurehead we have no contact with so he's an unknown to us. Even our own FSD's (yes, multiple FSD's) ignore's us since they are probably in it just for the big paycheck. Guess some things never change...
