Likewise. I've been happy to keep my travel (admittedly not a large amount, few trips a year, but all personal so out of my own pocket) on B6 because I've largely had good experiences & good service (and non-stop services out of BOS doesn't hurt either). Many times I've forgone slightly to moderately cheaper flights on other airlines because of those attributes. I'm sure there will be some aspects that may have to change, but there really won't be much incentive to continue flying with them if it's dumbed down to the level of most of the rest of the airlines.
