Do you get WiFi on a CR9 or E75 the way you can on an A319? (I've not been on an AA A319 yet, but my late December DFW-HSV trip shows WiFi scheduled to be available on it on aa.com.)
Depends on the carrier, don't know about AA but on US/USX the E170/E175/E190 are all equipped with Wifi, while the CR2/CR7/CR9 are not. The E-jets will handle full size roller bags, the CRJs will not.

I'd personally take the E-jets over an A319 simply because of the single F seating on the left side of the plane, and if I'm traveling for work and don't get upgraded, I find the E-jets in coach to be one of the most comfortable rides around.

However I wouldn't choose a CR9 over an A319, given it would mean gate checking my bag, and coach in a CRJ is the pits of hell.
