To add.. looks like I had missed the newsflash on Venmo and was doing that exclusively last month every week.. I think I will at least get part of the 75 they charged recently for additional year..
Did the letter come right or after paying the annual fee? I have the theory shut downs are triggered by a financial review; it would be useful to know what triggered it.
