Strange... Was that ZYR-AMS or ZWE-AMS? As indicated, I travelled ZWE-AMS on a KL-coded ticket on Thalys earlier this year, and earned FB miles with no problem. So I don't know whether things have changed, or whether I was lucky, or you were unlucky...
