The J Lounge in Concourse C definitely have as well. Turn right when you enter and right again towards the toilets. Gents shower room door is on the left, toilet door on the right, at the end of this short corridor.

EK J lounges in both A and B have showers; in A it is a combined toilet/sink/shower room while in B just the shower.
The article you linked notes that the "cold" water in Dubai is lukewarm. On my recent trip, in both the A and B lounges I was unable to adjust the water temperature to anything lower than "a little too hot".
The first time I assumed it was a fault of the control dial; there was one knob for water quantity and switching between overhead/handheld, and another that was meant to control temperature but did nothing. But in the B lounge it was just one control and there was no discernible difference in temperature between all the way left and all the way right.
By the time I dressed again, I felt like I needed a shower.
I guess "cold" water in Dubai is pretty warm in September.
