What is point to keep this card when Paypal Debit gives the same 1% cashback without $75 annual fee and it counts transactions correctly.

Seriously flawed techniques there mate. Do some reading, as you are not doing things wisely. Furthermore, calling in and getting eyes on your acct is not usually a prudent idea...but the way you seem to be using the card it may not matter.
Oh how I miss this card
. On second thought...maybe you shouldnt listen to me as they eventually closed my card, but I got my miles at ~$.001 per mile instead of $.01 ($.01 makes this card worthless).
