Thumbs down Emirates.. Lots of money in advertising. None in customer servicw

Emirates is hands down the worst airline in customer service. I had a 22h lay over in Dubai and they still managed to delay my luggage. It's been 2 days and not a single update or compensation for new items in Mumbai. Being a female American citizen and arriving to Mumbai with both luggage MIA I have gotten nothing but arrogance and unanswered phone calls. I've been calling relentlessly for 2 days. I had Qantas and Air France delay my luggage in the past and the difference in client handling is ridiculous. They seem to genuinely not care. I have been stuck in Mumbai for 2 days.. My meeting plans are cancelled as I had another domestic flight to catch but lost that ticket and probably a new account I traveled quite a way to secure. I am considering a lawsuit once I return to the US. If other US travelers have suffered similar extensive damage due to emirates negligence please do contact me for a possible class action lawsuit.
Emirates needs to understand once and for all that all their extensive advertising to get unsuspecting passengers isn't their sole responsibility. I understand there is a Montreal convention guideline but I think a precedent should be set for the extent of disregard and pathetic customer service delivered by Emirates
