'yeah, the guy who buys all the MO always has me do $500 at a time. i think he uses gift card'. mgr, 'ok, no more gift cards for MO. no more split payments'. and, done.

had this happen to my 3 nearest stores. now, fully 1/2 of my stores are either dead or dead on certain shifts. me. i never do more than 2 at a time, never 999.31 and never the same amount. i vary the value of VGC's so my credit card statements aren't always the same amount. so, some 480,482.69 487, etc. so, if i get 2, 1 will be 1000, the other for 482. looks a bit more 'real' on both sides.
