An email from corporate went out specifying no more prepaid debit cards for any MO or BP transaction. Down to just a few friendly stores in a matter of a couple of months.
Same in my part of the woods. Some cashiers are even savvy to $499.21 MOs, asking to see the debit card being used, and refusing those without name on it.
