The
Vie Hotel is a short walk across and down a canal from Jim Thompson House, and is steps away from the BTS (one BTS stop away from the ARL to BKK).
Specifically the BTS stop is Ratchatewi. Also there is a path along the southern side of the canal (
klong saen seap) which goes right to the soi and entrance for the Jim Thompson house.
The path can be accessed from the southwest 'corner' of Hua Chang bridge which spans the canal. Just go down the steps and then double back to the canal and make a left.
