Admitted with wife and kids (7 and 11 today) in the following lounges :
CDG 2E / S1 (80% of the cases), CDG 2E / gate K (60%), ORY Patio (always), BOD (always as access is done through access code), JNB (automatic), JFK, MRU (children are accepted by default as they have a specific space for them)
By the way, I have received a personal survey from AF about my opinions for granting automatically children in lounges : other airlines design more a more a specific space for them and AF might match this trend (like EK, Ethihad or Air Mauritius)
