I don't mind trying it again but would not want to spend an hour driving for nothing. I tried to call them but employees were not helpful.
Spouse and I went to the outlet mall in Gilroy this afternoon, and here's the status as of Tuesday evening:
- Gilroy: Kiosk turned off
- Morgan Hill: Flashing red light with taped paper saying "OUT OF ORDER" on it
- San Jose/Monterey Hwy: Kiosk disabled as per the post above with "Lane Closed" message
In summary, it's pretty disappointing for those of us in the South Bay.
