It's not available online anymore (nor advertised). I now kick myself for all the times I threw out the 30k bonus point offer. ARGH!

I got mine at a local branch the day after they pulled the online app/ad. Others have tried but have not been successful as far as I know. I'm 99% sure it's gone for new apps. I'm not holding my breath for a cancellation of existing cards.
