What is your IHG Rewards Club status?
Royal Ambassador

Were you (or for multi-stayers are you generally) happy with the hotel/stay?
Yes

Which room did you book and which upgrade did you receive?
Booked two categories under Presidential, USD255 a night for the first two nights of an eight night stay, remaining six nights PointBreaks reward nights, and the second connecting room eight PB reward nights.

How are the rooms?
Presidential was c 2,500sft, connecting was c 500sft, Presidential was excellent, included a balcony accessible from the Master bedroom, and the bathrooms area, jacquzzi on the balcony with extensive views, oversize marble/stone shower with body sprays, classic huge tub with legs, great bathroom layout, his and hers separate vanities, a treadmill, with flatscreen, in a separate room off the Master, flatscreen in the Master, large lounge, c 50 inch flatscreen, stereo controls for the entire suite, DVD, dining table for eight, kitchen with coffee maker, microwave, glassware etc, study/office/second bedroom, large walk in robes/safe. Quiet, good views of the pools, and mountains.

How is the exec. lounge?
It was well managed, good selection of food, open in the mornings for breakfast btw 6-10am, although breakfast in the restaurant was spectacular, we ate six of eight breakfasts in the restaurant. Drinks, and cocktail food btw 6-8pm, two alcohol drink limit that i've never experienced at any other IC.

What was good and what was bad?

Good
Friedly staff, atmosphere, great range of food options/restaurants/bars,four poools, one for kiddies, a cold pool, one heated, and a jacuzzi/spa bath, all well layed out in the centre of the property, very nice spa facility, saunas, massage, private lap pool, Director of Rooms, Ernesto Carrero, went out of his way to make our stay comfortable, he did an excellent job.

Bad
Nothing

Value for $ or IHG Rewards Club Points? Would you return?
Yes, great value, 70K points, and two paid nights.
