Why are the large rooms at the Courtyard Midtown East more affordable than rooms of the same size at other Courtyards in Manhattan? For example, looking at a suite at the Fairfield Inn Penn Station (in reality it's just a larger room, not a true suite) with 2 Queen beds and a sofa and the rate is over $ 500 a night (really?!). The rate on Marriott for their regular sized 2 Queen + sofa at the Courtyard Midtown East is lower. I was able to get a LNF rate of around $ 240 per night. Who the heck would pay almost $ 600 for a similar sized room at a Farifield Inn?
