The main difference between the Outrigger & HHV is proximity to restaurants/shopping, etc.. and the Outrigger is much more convenient. However, IMO, the HHV has better/more variety of beach options.
The Hilton has a
much nicer beach than the Outrigger. That's important to me.
The Hilton's location is considerably less convenient to the heart of Waikiki, but closer to Ala Moana (park and shopping center).
Then of course there are the points. Given HHV room rates, I hate to give up on that points accrual all else being more or less equal.
