Well I thought I could buy Disney tickets -- which are coded as "AMUSEMENT PARKS, CIRCUSES, CARNIVALS, FORTUNE TELLERS" -- and call them to argue they were a "tourist attraction" but no dice. I know you can buy Disney tickets through a 3rd party like AAA or Undercover Tourist but I was buying special event tickets direct through Disney.
So what I did was book a hotel and canceled the reservation later. The hotel charge stayed on the "Purchases available for redemption" page.
