Question - I've been researching cards like gangbusters and I was really set on this one. However I'm a resident of Iowa, and the state I'm in has never been blacklisted before. Anybody know why? Is there any way around it? I mean could I register it with my sister's address and add her as a certified user or something? I'm incredibly bummed I can't get this card. I have no mastercards and I would really be interested in one. Thanks,
