As far as I know, that is not possible. But since both Lufthansa and Turkish Airlines are part of the same airline alliance (Star Alliance), you can credit the miles you earn from flying a Lufthansa flight to your Turkish Airlines frequent flyer account - you just need to give your Turkish Airlines frequent flyer number to the ticket agent when you book your flight orwhen you check in at the airport. (Likewise, you could credit your Turkish Airways flights to Lufthansa in the same way; you'd just need to join the Lufthansa frequent flyer program first.)
