Ah, wait, I was wrong, and they were wrong! Looks like the 2x points did work for Coop Online. With normal Coop purchases, the "grundpoäng" and "extrapoäng" are shown together, but with Coop Online, they're posted separately, and I think there is a delay with the "grundpoäng", or I must have overlooked them yesterday, and also the point values are different (the 49 kr delivery fee apparently doesn't qualify for "grundpoäng", but that's OK).
All is well in Coop Online land.
