When I've had a status change, I've been able to have a BA agent update it at the airport. Not really any luck online though. Also, per your other questions, the mobile card should work in the T3 AC; I'm not sure the BA or CX lounges would accept it.
Its alwasy been accepted at each stage (phone, lounge, check in etc on AA / BA / QF / CX) but given it takes up to 20 mins of waiting for the customer services person to check and verify (even with the card) its really a pain that should not be there.
Anyone know how to "force" the update of the status down to other oneworld partners?
