A couple of thoughts about courier delivery:

1. You can prearrange with UPS, FedEx etc to deliver packages without signatures. My office is in my home and I have made this arrangement with all the courier companies. They leave the package beside the front door, so no fuss, no muss.

2. Don't allow deliveries from the US by UPS. They will charge a brokerage fee. FedEx or USPS are the preferred methods as there are no additional fees.
