Resort fee is not waived for diamonds. However you then go on to say it's an award stay, and my understanding is that the resort fee is waived for a full points stay...points & money, not so sure?

This diamond stayed last November...booked Rainbow Oceanfront...got Rainbow Oceanfront, but a pretty bad example of that type of room. Won't stay again...there are zero benefits for HH status at this place.
