I don't really understand that process. You're suppose to change the PIN with Barclay's, then find an EMV terminal which is online, so that your card would get updated in that terminal to use the PIN you selected?
EMV terminals have the ability to write to the EMV cards?
Seems like Barclays should have those terminals available for their clients to update their cards with but do they even have retail branches throughout the US?
