The base rates are ~$280 before the taxes/resort fees, did not see much better for anything with ocean views/ocean front. There was also no availability for Alli King rooms with any ocean views unless you booked a suite during the time we are going (Oct 8-11). We are open to other hotels and chains, but again, just didn't see much better for rooms with a view.

Based on the feedback, will at least cancel the HGV room and keep looking. Thanks!
