Are there upgrades available when staying at the Grand Vacations side? Much of a difference in towers between Lagoon & Rainbow? While the kitchen is nice at the Grand Vacations room, I do not see us using it all that much.

won't get upgraded. It's hard enough for Club owners who don't own there to book a room. Plus any unbooked rooms at one month out are available for open season booking at greatly reduced prices; they go fast. (The only reason rooms are available on the hotel site is because owners traded their Club points for Honors points.)
