Very little chance. UA will not upgrade pax from BF to GF just to open BF seats. Additionally, more pax will show on the upgrade list as they check in (still 20+ hours to departure).
If I were you, I'd be looking to SDC to another flight. UA928 ORD-LHR is R3. UA934 LAX-LHR is still R0 but only booked 29/40 in BF, so you might want to watch that one in particular.
