I'm aware that most members had problems with that in the last few years. Is it still happening? Why won't Emirates deliver? I sent an email half a year ago and haven't got any reply from them. I traveled with other airlines, and after the trip, they immediately send me the membership card without hesitation.
You have to complete two round trips in Economy or 1 in Business to get the physical card however sometimes it happens that there is a synch problem and something is not correct in the system of EK. Just call the local office and they can pull manually the card.
