The last time I was there, the only security check at the front of the airport was to look at your BP. The real security screening is done at each individual gate. You ought to be at your gate 75-90 minutes before scheduled departure.
This also means that you can access the KLM Crown Lounge without going through a regular security screening.
I seem to recall that you do need to go through security screening to acess either Crown Lounge, as they are both airside.
